Serving you since 1906.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Greetings Everyone!

As President of The Greater Huntington Park Area Chamber of Commerce I want to personally extend to you, your family and business associates a Happy New Year!

As we close the year of 2018, the Chamber accomplished many projects that promoted the businesses and the City of Huntington Park.  The Chamber was committed to ensuring the goals and perspectives alongside our Board of Directors, Members, Staff and Executive Director/CEO Leticia Martinez.

Through the continued partnerships with the various media outlets of television, radio, newspapers, publications and social media, the Chamber of Commerce promoted our businesses and Huntington Park in a value of nearly half a million.  All publicity was at no additional cost to the businesses or tax payers.  Thousands of families were once again invited to our downtown area with our major downtown events of "Carnaval Primavera" in the spring and our "Sabor De Mexico Lindo" in the fall.

This past year, our Chamber of Commerce went international and created new relationships and partnerships with the Chamber of Commerce of Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico.  Many of the artisans from the various cities and government representatives were part of our major downtown festival of "Sabor De Mexico Lindo" that saluted the State of Jalisco.

With the new year, new goals and perspectives are also being discussed on taking our Chamber of Commerce to the next level.  Some of the new projects will be the kickoff of our community newspaper "The Magnate News" that will be mailed quarterly to every household and business in the city. We encourage your business to be a part of this great new feature of the Chamber of Commerce. The newspaper with a distribution of over 15,000 will promote our businesses and their services, Chamber and City events, plus inform the public on legislation matters that affect businesses and residents.

We want every business in the community to be a part of a great organization, such as The Greater Huntington Park Area Chamber of Commerce that has been in existence since 1906.

Our Staff and Board Members are ready to assist you, and promote your business to help you achieve the goals you have set for the new year 2019.

Unity, creates success!

Sincerely,

Andy Molina, President

The Greater Huntington Park Area Chamber of Commerce
